All our exercise is scaled for each individual, according to their ability and agility. We believe in shorter workouts that don’t focus on how many calories you’ve burned, but how much fat is burned post workout.
Our overall ethos to exercise is non-destructive. We don’t not believe in constant thrashing, overworking yourself and forcing your body into submission. We will show you how to get your body working for you, as one single unit and in synergy.

We are constantly and ever changing our fitness sessions according to the seasons, weather and our style, so that no retreat is the same.
