In our nutrition seminars, we explain to you how your body works, how fat is stored and what you can do about it to achieve a sustainable and maintainable body composition. We do not believe in quick fixes, restrictive diets, fads, counting calories or macros. Quite simply, you cannot cheat biology. Instead we will explain to you how to work with your body to get the best results, feel more energetic and learn to thrive.
Unlike your average boot camp or weight loss retreat, we do not starve you. We do not count out calories and leave you feeling hungry. We will serve you an abundance of vibrant, natural, and where possible, organic detox food and juices.
