In a world of non-stop stress, taking time out to focus on your body and mind is absolutely essential to helping you achieve optimum physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

At The Life Lab we incorporate yoga into the schedule every day because its philosophy is rooted in a physical culture of health and well-being.

Every yoga pose has a different benefit which includes standing postures, seated twists, backbends, arm balances, inversions and core holds.

The downward facing dog for example, is in itself said to calm the brain, energise the body, improve digestion, strengthen arms and legs and be therapeutic for high blood pressure.

Whilst these benefits come as a given with most postures, the practise of yoga as a whole provides many more benefits, like increased flexibility, improved muscle tone and improves posture.

We will help and guide you through meditation to achieve a de-stress, a calm mind, concentration, better clarity and improved communication.
